  1. Food Pantry
    Provides non-perishable food items, canned foods, dry goods, and nutritionally balanced snack packs to individuals and families in need of immediate assistance to feed themselves and their families.
  2. Collaborative Clinic Services
    St. Vincent's Hope Clinic has become the place where someone, who lacks medical benefits and has no other means, can go and receive quality treatment from caring people. There are 11 clinics that rotate through St. Vincent's House.
  3. Transportation Services
    Provides a viable means for low-income residents, senior citizens, medical patients, and children to reach needed medical care and/or business appointments with door-door service on Galveston Island.
  4. Emergency Aid/Direct Assistance
    Qualified clients may receive emergency assistance for Rental Assistance /Utilities / Prescriptions / Clinic Co-pays /Social Service Referrals
  5. Case Management
    Guide and coach clients seeking services at St. Vincent's House who qualify for case management; to assist clients in attaining financial stability & self-sufficiency.
  6. The Great Clothes Out
    We provide free clothing/shoes for the entire family on a monthly basis as part of collaboration with St. Thomas Church.
  7. Spiritual Guidance
    We have chapel every morning that includes prayer and communion as well as spiritual care and weekly guidance counseling.
  8. Mental Health Services
    We have a partnership with The Family Service Center of Galveston to provide Mental Health Services to our most vulnerable clients.
  9. Classes
    We offer the following classes/meetings: Cocaine Anonymous, Diabetic Education, Art Group, Jiu Jitsu, UTMB Ethics Community Forum, Juneteenth, Coalition for Justice.
